Strength Empire Memphis is a private, 24-hour access facility offering the best equipment and training environment in Memphis. We were founded in 2021 with the mission of upholding the name of "Memphis' Strongest Gym."

 

Our goal is to provide our members with the highest quality equipment, knowledge, and resources to help achieve their fitness goals.

The gym caters to the more serious lifting individual, but we have members from all different backgrounds in the gym. We welcome members of all experience levels.

Our gym offers full restroom and shower facilities, as well as lockers for rent. 

​

For our members, this is a private, 24-hour access facility.
